A few years ago I started recieving Health Kinesiology sessions.
At first I wasn't sure what to expect, but I quickly realized the potential of being able to address my body's exact needs.
There was no guess work, no unpleasant side effects from drugs and most of all I saw results in both my physical and mental
health. This was especially evident in the pregnancy and birth of my second child. HK enabled me and my child to connect deeply
before she was born. She always had something to "say" to me, usually requarding taking care of myself. When it came to delivery
I was amazed at my calmness and ability to cope well with each contraction. I had a beautiful easy delivery. Quite a contrast
to my 24 hour painful delivery with my first child. My second child also had such a quiet confidence about her.
She slept through the night right from the start and was very contented. I attribute this to HK which helped my unborn daughter
and I prepare for labor and life together both physically and mentally.
One more thing I'd like to add is about weight loss and weight
management. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, but after the birth of my two girls things went out of control.
HK helped me find the mental clarity to take care of myself. It corrected the energy blocks that were contributing to my weight
gain and provided me with a customized plan that was just right for me and my body to loose weight quickly and effectively.
Currently I've lost 50 lbs. I still have 25lbs to go before reaching the goal that my body says is the most healthy for me.
I love not having to guess anymore. I have complete confidence that what I'm doing is safe, healthy and actually
revitalizing thanks to the miracle of HK. Thank you Good Vibrations! You have changed my life and the lives of my family for
the better.

I had been taking prescription medicine for several years
for what the
doctor told me was symtoms of acid reflux.
Ron suggested using the Natures Sunshine PDA Herbal product
because it
stimulates your body to produce HydroChloric Acid. He said that the HCL
balances the other acids in the stomach.
I started taking the PDA with meals
and within a week was able to stop with my acid reflux medication. It has
now been
approximately 3 months and I am still taking my PDA and am still
symptom free!!
